  • Brianna Graham, FNP

    Primary Care

    Brianna Graham, FNP

    Brianna is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. She has been practicing as an FNP since 2021, with a clinical background in both primary care and orthopedics.

    In 2020, Brianna and her family relocated to Fairbanks, Alaska, due to her husband’s military service. She is deeply committed to continuing education and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Fairbanks community. Her professional goal is to build strong therapeutic relationships with her patients while supporting their overall health and well-being.

    Brianna joined Troy Medical to maintain continuity of care for patients in Fairbanks. She travels regularly to provide in-person clinical services, including trigger point injections, intra-articular injections, well-woman exams, and Pap smears.

    Joan DiGeorge, FNP-BC

    Joan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care to individuals and families across the lifespan. As an FNP-BC, she emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and evidence-based practice. Joan is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and creating a supportive environment where they feel heard and valued. She believes in partnering with patients to help them achieve their best possible health through education and shared decision-making.

    Kristy Blood, FNP-C

    Kristy Blood is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and achieved her Master of Science in Nursing at South University in 2016.

    Kristy focuses her care on quality of life, not just longevity. She has been working in family medicine for the past 7 years; prior to that she worked for the military. Kristy was born and raised in Colorado. She is excited to be back in Alaska to work with the people of this community. Kristy enjoys going to hockey games, concerts, musicals as well as camping, hiking and fishing when she is not at work.

  • Jennifer Gerhke, FNP-C

    Jennifer Gerhke, FNP-C

    I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner caring for patients of all ages, and I especially enjoy building trusting relationships with patients and their families.

    I’ve been a nurse since 1997, with experience in infectious disease, oncology, obstetrics, medical/surgical, hospice, and Peace Corps service. I also earned a master’s in nursing education and taught clinicals for the UAA School of Nursing.

    Since becoming an FNP in 2022, I’ve focused on chronic illness management at Polar Wind and gained acute and urgent care experience in Dutch Harbor. I offer minor procedures such as suturing, skin tag and mole removal, abscess drainage, cryotherapy, and care for simple injuries.

    As a practicing hospice nurse, I have a special interest in palliative care and advance care planning, helping patients receive care that honors their wishes.

  • Arash Hassantoufighi, MD

    Rheumatology

    Arash Hassantoufighi, MD

    As a rheumatologist, Dr. Hassantoufighi treats patients with all types of rheumatologic illnesses including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, polymyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, gout, osteoporosis and musculoskeletal pain syndromes. He loves all aspects of rheumatology.

    Before going into the civilian sector, he had proudly served in the United States Air Force for twelve years as an Internist and Rheumatologist. When he is not caring for his patients, Dr. Hassantoufighi enjoys spending time with his wife and two little girls.

  • Jing Li, NP

    Rheumatology

    Jing Li, NP

    Born and raised in Beijing, China, Jing moved to California in 2004 to pursue her passion for healthcare. She began her clinical journey by graduating from the De Anza College Nursing program in 2008. Following several years of dedicated service as a Registered Nurse at Riverview Regional Medical Center, she transitioned to New York University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013.

    Since becoming a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Jing has specialized exclusively in Rheumatology. Her career is defined by a genuine love for her specialty and a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to her patients. To stay at the forefront of her field, she maintains active memberships in the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the Rheumatology Nurses Association (RNA).

    Now settled in San Antonio, Jing enjoys a vibrant life with her family. Outside of the clinic, she is an avid traveler who loves exploring new destinations with her son. In her quiet moments, she finds joy in the culinary arts and is a dedicated reader.

  • Malini Ganesh, MD

    Endocrinology

    Malini Ganesh, MD

    Dr. Malini Ganesh is an Endocrinologist, with over 7 years' experience in teaching, research, and patient care. She has a specific interest in bone/mineral metabolism and diabetes technology - and has especially loved the way technology and telemedicine has changed in the recent years for diabetics. Following a move out of Chicago, she decided to take the plunge into the world of telemedicine.

    She is originally from India and moved to the United States for medical training. She currently resides in Georgia. She provides care for all endocrine related issues - including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary disorders and osteoporosis. She is a member of Endocrine Society, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and a Fellow of the Endocrine Alliance Academy.

  • Vadim Dushkin, MD

    Neurology

    Vadim Dushkin, MD

    Board-certified neurologist specializing in general neurology. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his neurology residency at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, he obtained a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College.

  • Galina Warren, NP

    Dermatology

    Galina Warren, NP

    Galina Warren is dual credentialed as a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner and as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Galina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Colorado Mesa University. In 2008 she earned her Master in Nursing degree from University of Colorado. In 2011 she received a Diploma in Dermatology (diagnosis and management of skin diseases) from Australian Institute of Dermatology.

    Galina has always been passionate about skin and has been treating dermatological diseases since 2008. Her particular interests are in Acne, Psoriasis and Alopecias.
